Dubai is set to open the first digital art museum in the Middle East, creating a new cultural and technological landmark for the emirate. The project is being developed under the initiative of Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed Al Maktoum and will be located in the DIFC Zabeel District.
The museum’s architectural concept was designed by the internationally renowned firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, known for creating some of the world’s most iconic skyscrapers.
The new venue will feature immersive multimedia exhibitions, interactive installations, and a research center dedicated to digital art, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Visitors will experience innovative forms of visual art where digital technologies become an integral part of the exhibition and actively engage with the audience.
The museum is part of Dubai’s long-term strategy to develop its creative economy and strengthen the city’s position as one of the world’s leading hubs for innovation, culture, and digital technology.
